We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site and pricing at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All products and services available on groundedstore.com.au are inclusive of 10% GST.
Gift Vouchers/Certificates
Gift vouchers can be purchased both in store (physical) and online (digital via email). Vouchers are to be claimed in our store in Burraneer. You will need to present/hand over the gift voucher to us in person. Lost or stolen gift vouchers can not be claimed. Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers will expire 3 years from date of purchase. Please contact us for more information.
Indoor Plant Delivery
Our indoor plants & pots can be delivered within the Sutherland Shire and surrounding suburbs for an additional fee. Due to the nature of the items, unfortunately we do not post living plants in the mail to abide by state laws and ensure they remain in the best possible condition.
Interior Plant Styling
Plant styling is available within the Sutherland Shire and surrounding suburbs. We provide indoor plant services only (no large outdoor gardens or landscaping jobs). Styling for small patio/balconies suitable. To secure your plant styling position, a 20% deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, we will commence your plant styling service. The deposit is non-refundable and will be taken off the final amount. Please contact us for more information.
