We ship Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $150.00 (excludes art & bulky items). Delivery times are a guide only and may vary depending on your location.

We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible from our store in Burraneer, however please allow up to 3 days for processing. Any delays once the item has been shipped are out of control and we can not be held responsible for these. Shipping costs are selected at checkout. Updates sent via email.

Our art & furniture pieces can be shipped interstate but shipping costs will apply to the customer. A quote will be given before finalised. Please email us at hello@groundedstore.com.au to arrange this. We will send a separate shipping invoice to you if the order has been processed without this previously added. Order will be posted once this has been paid.
Returns & Exchanges
Please consider your purchase carefully and take the time to read product descriptions. If you are unsure about something, please contact us before making a purchase so that we can help you with your decision.
We are unable to refund your item for change of mind but can offer you an exchange or a credit note. Contact us within 7 days of when the order was received to arrange this. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition to be eligible. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on living plants or used items.
To book a return, email hello@groundedstore.com.au. We strongly advise that you use a registered postal service and keep a record of the tracking details, as we can not be held responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.
